  • For turkey:
  • 1 12 lb. turkey
  • 2 TBS Goya Adobo all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • 1 small onion
  • 2-3 stalks of fresh celery
  • 1 stick margarine
  • For dressing:
  • 2 large white onions
  • 6 stalks celery
  • stick of margarine
  • 24 oz. bag stuffing mix
  • 16 oz. box seasoned croutons
  • Cooked and chopped giblets
Wash turkey and remove giblets. Boil giblets in water until tender and reserve for dressing.
Season turkey with Goya Adobo seasoning. Dice orange, apple, onion and celery and stuff into cavity of turkey. Place pats of margarine on the outside of the turkey and put the rest inside the cavity with the fruit and vegetables. Place turkey in cooking bag, breast side down. Put 12 cup water in cooking pan, then put in the bagged turkey. Bake at 400 degrees for 2 hours until golden brown.

Chop onions and celery and sauté in margarine until soft. Combine stuffing mix, croutons and giblets with the sautéed onions and celery.
Mix giblets into dressing mixture, using the liquid from the giblets to moisten the mixture.
Grease baking pan with the remaining margarine. Spread the stuffing mixture into the pan and pat it down evenly. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned, and serve.
