VEGETABLE CASSEROLE
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1â�„2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of celery soup
  • 16 oz. French green beans, drained
  • 16 oz. shoe peg corn, drained
  • 1â�„4 cup onion, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes. This dish may also be topped with stuffing mix.
