CHIPOLTE BARBECUE MEATBALLS

Ingredients:
  • 1 (28 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
  • 1 (18 oz.) jar cherry preserves
  • 3 chipolte peppers from can of adobo peppers in chipotle sauce
  • 1 TBS adobo sauce (from above can)
  • 11â�„2 cups water
  • 1 (32 oz.) package frozen meatballs
Whisk together first five ingredients in a dutch oven. Bring to a boil, then add the meatballs. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring occasionally, 40-45 minutes. Sauce will thicken. Keep warm in a slow cooker.
