Eggs & Cheese

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 round of Brie (cheese)
Melt the brown sugar and butter until smooth. Add almonds and mix.
Put the Brie in a buttered pan and spread the sugar-almond mixture on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven until the Brie is soft.
Serve with crackers and sliced red and green apples.
