VEGETABLE SOUP
Soups

Ingredients:
  • 1 large bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 10 lb. stew beef or more
  • small cans of other vegetables as desired
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 2 peppers, chopped
  • hot sauce and red pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in large (such as 29-quart) pot. Pour in water to cover two or three inches above ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer four hours. Stir regularly.
