  • 3 cups sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 7 TBS cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tall can evaporated milk
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 cups flaked coconut
  • 2 unbaked pie crusts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, salt and cocoa. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in vanilla and milk. Add margarine then coconut. Pour into pie shells and bake for 40 minutes.
