  • 12-15 small to peaches
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 quart vinegar
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp. pickling spice
  • 2 tsp. whole cloves
Wash and peel peaches. Boil until tender and put into jars. Heat sugar, vinegar, cinnamon sticks, pickling spice and cloves to a boil and pour over peaches in jars. Seal and process in hot water bath following instructions on jars and equipment.
