SHRIMP CREOLE

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup minced green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 2 cups canned tomatoes
  • 1/8 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add onion, green pepper and garlic and sauté for 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, paprika, tomatoes and rosemary; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp and heat thoroughly. Serve over cooked rice.
