CORN BREAD

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising corn meal
  • 8 oz. sour cream or buttermilk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 large can cream-style corn
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients well and pour into a large greased cast iron skillet. Bake for 20 minutes then lower temperature to 375 degrees and bake for 20 more minutes.
