MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE
1 box yellow cake mix (not made with pudding)
1â�„2 cup oil
1 can mandarin oranges
1 large container whipped topping
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple (thoroughly drained)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges together in large bowl; mix. Pour in three greased layer cake pans and bake for 25 minutes.
Cool cake completely. In a large bowl, mix whipped topping, dry pudding mix and pineapple together. Spread between layers and frost top and sides of cake. Keep refrigerated.
