  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1â�„2 tsp. oregano
  • 1â�„2 tsp. thyme
  • 2 TBS flour
  • 6 oz. beef broth
  • 1 pint milk
Brown ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add oregano and thyme. Stir in flour. Cook for two minutes. Add broth and milk and stir until thick.
Serve over toast or biscuit.
