Meatballs
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound hamburger meat
  • 2 cups bread crumbs or crack- er crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 TBS or more to taste Italian seasoning
  • I-2 tsp. extra oregano or more to taste
Combine ingredients. Roll into balls, one-two inches in diameter and put in baking tray in a single layer. Bake, covered
at 350 degrees until cooked through. Miniature meatballs will be done in 30-45 minutes. Large meatballs could take more than an hour.
