Apricot Nectar Cake
Contributed by:
  • 1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1â�„2 cup sugar
  • 1 can apricot nectar (juice)
  • powdered sugar
Beat one egg at a time into cake mix. Beat in sugar and 2�3 cup nectar. Bake in a greased Bundt pan for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Mix the rest of the apricot nectar with the powdered sugar. Once the cake has been baked and cooled, poke holes into it. Pour mixture over cake and into holes.
