Butterscotch Spectacular

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 8-oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 13-oz. tub whipped topping
  • 2 packages butterscotch pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix flour, margarine and pecans. Press into a 9- by 13-inch pan to make crust. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.
Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese together. Fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
Beat together pudding mix and milk for 2-3 minutes. Stir in vanilla. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Spread remaining whipped topping over butterscotch layer and sprinkle with a few additional chopped pecans. Refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight.
