  • 12 ounces beef steak
  • 1 TBS peanut or vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 TBS minced fresh ginger or
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, cored and cut into 1â�„4 inch strips
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1â�„4 cup stir fry sauce
Slice steak into two-inch strips. Heat wok or large frying pan with the oil; add the garlic, ginger and onions. Stir-fry for a minute, then add the beef and continue to stir-fry until lightly browned, but not completely cookies. Add the peppers and cook for another minute, then add the tomatoes. Add sauce to pan and cook until sauce thickens. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
