Vegetables & Side Dishes
Two 12-oz. packages frozen broccoli and cauliflower mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can evaporated milk
1 large can French-fried onions
8-oz. package shredded cheddar cheese
Steam vegetable mixes for about two minutes. Pour into a large casserole dish.
Mix undiluted soup and evaporated milk together and pour over vegetable mix. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and mix thoroughly. Drop French-fried onions evenly over the top, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
