GRILLED SALMON
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1â�„2 tsp. allspice
  • 1â�„2 tsp. ginger
  • 1â�„2 tsp. salt
  • 1â�„2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 salmon fillets (can also use tuna, mahi, swordfish and snapper)
  • Olive oil
  • Juice of one lime
Mix dry ingredients together. Coat fillets in a small amount of olive oil; sprinkle with lime juice. Rub fillets with dry ingredients. Grill fish four minutes on one side and three minutes on the other.
