  • For crust:
  • 2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 TBS white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine and press into bottom of 9-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • For filling:
  • 2 (8 oz. each) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 5/6 cup white sugar, divided
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups apples, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla at medium spead until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Pour over crust.
In a small bowl, stir together 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; toss with apples to coat. Spoon coated apples over cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with pecans. Bake for 60-70 minutes.
