  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 lb. sliced mozzarella or Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 lb. deli sliced ham
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • Bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cut chicken breasts in half; pound and flatten each piece between wax paper.
Place one slice of cheese and ham on each chicken breast; roll up. Dip chicken in butter, roll in bread crumbs and place in a baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
