VIRGINIA CORN CASSEROLE
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 2 cans whole corn (not drained)
  • 1â�„4 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 package corn bread mix
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a 13- by 9-inch baking dish, combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake 45 minutes or until brown and slightly firm in the middle.
For a different taste, pimentos or jalapeños may be added.
