SQUASH CASSEROLE
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 3 squash, cooked and drained
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small package stuffing mix
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a casserole dish with butter and sprinkle some of the stuffing mix in the dish.
Mix all ingredients together, adding stuffing mix last (reserving about 1�4 cup of the stuffing mix for topping). Pour mixture into dish and top with the remaining stuffing mix. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
