PUMPKIN CAKE

Ingredients:
  • 31â�„2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2â�„3 cup water
  • 2 cups pumpkin
Stir together all dry ingredients, adding sugar last. Make a hole in the dry ingredients and add oil, beaten eggs, vanilla, water and pumpkin. Mix well. Bake in greased and floured tube pan one hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
