  • 3 lbs. ground beef
  • 14-oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1â�„2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1â�„4 red pepper, chopped
  • 1â�„3 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1â�„2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 TBS sugar (optional)
Mix all ingredients well.
Shape into a loaf in a casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
