Vegetables & Side Dishes
Contributed by:
  • 5 or 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium squash
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3â�„4 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 4 TBS butter
  • salt
  • pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash potatoes and cut into chunks. Slice the squash and zucchini, then cut slices into quarters.
Combine all the vegetables together then toss in the dressing, butter, salt and pepper.
Pour into a 9-inch-by-13-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray and cover; bake for one hour.
