  • 2 cups rice
  • 3 cups hot milk
  • 1â�„2 cup sugar
  • 1â�„2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1â�„4 cup raisins
  • 1 TBS margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
Boil rice, drain and let cool. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix rice with hot milk. Add sugar, butter, raisins, salt and nutmeg. Bake for one hour. Stir halfway through baking.
