MIXED GREENS
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • Enough turnip, mustard and collard greens to fill a large pot
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 TBS greens seasoning
  • 1â�„2 cup olive oil
Pick over greens, discarding limp or browned greens and debris. Wash and rinse five times, each time in fresh water. Drain. Add water and boil until tender. Add salt, seasoning and olive oil and return to a boil, cooking until water evaporates.
