2 lbs. skinless chicken breasts
1â�„2 cup evaporated milk
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 cups vegetable oil
Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
Mix the egg, milk, salt and pepper together. Put some flour onto a plate. Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture then immediately roll in flour. Heat the oil in a skillet until hot. Put the strips into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.
