  • 3â�„4 cup quick oats
  • 11â�„4 cups warm water
  • 21â�„2 TBS olive oil or Earth Balance spread
  • 11â�„2 TBS honey or agave nectar
  • 1 TBS yeast
  • 2â�„3 to 1 tsp. salt
  • 1â�„4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 11â�„4 cups white whole wheat flour
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Mix oats, water, oil, honey and yeast together and let mixture bubble. Add in salt and flour and mix.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to 3�4-inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter and place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
