Greek Style Chicken Salad

2 chicken breasts
1â�„2 jar green olives
1 container feta cheese, plain or flavored
4 TBS Greek vinaigrette dressing
1â�„2 cup plain low fat or nonfat yogurt
Bake chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper, until fully cooked. Cool the chicken and chop to desired consistency for chicken salad. Add olives, cheese, vinaigrette and yogurt. Mix ingredients. Refrigerate and serve over a bed of greens with additional dressing or on a whole wheat pita. Yield: 6 servings (approximately 240 calories per serving).
